SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
Develops advertising and marketing campaigns for existing and less than 12 month lapsed customers to meet and exceed revenue and product goals with a total concentration on incremental business development
Duties:
-
Client calling and media marketing management of existing account base and less than 12 months lapsed customers as well as cold calling for potential new business

Increase market share from client account base by selling all HVMG products through an understanding of the products, business category, market conditions, and competition
-
Must possess and demonstrate strong closing skills and be able to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers

Must possess the ability to organize and prioritize work flow
-
Meet and exceed individual and team goals
-
Willingness to work in a team environment and demonstrate effective problem solving skills

Communications: Written and verbal mastery is required for everything from proposal development to email communications to initiating and coordinating sales presentations

Provide strategic guidance on how to integrate HVMG products into the client’s business processes, in efforts to meet the client’s strategic goals and business objectives
Must have the ability and willingness to:

Analyze sales performance to goal, and develop a gap management plan

Process copy accurately, compute costs and advertising schedules
-
Initiate and facilitate new sales programs to develop new revenue streams
-
Participate in forecasting individual revenue
-
React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of two years college and/or appropriate work experiencebusiness-to-business sales is preferred

Proven track record in prospecting and closing
-
Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to sell conceptually are essential

Experience in advertising media sales is preferred
-
You must have a basic knowledge and understanding of internet, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Products
